I did these tonight! Love the pictures and your expression! You captures the pure torture of the power jumps especially by the time you get to the 3rd round! Lori
Hey, I'm a new follower. Wow, this looks incredibly challenging. I like your blog a lot--very encouraging. I'm a young athletic build female who discovered a few years ago that genes can only take you so far when it comes to your health so over the past few years I've been trying to do better. Have had some success so far maintaining an exercise routing 5 times per week and eating healthy--but sometimes I cheat. LOL.
OK, you rock. There's just nothing else to say at this point! The last time I jumped like this there was probably a snake or something rodent in nature involved.
Incredible !! I'm not sure I could ever do that :) I've been reading some of your past posts and I'm so encourage by your motivation and drive ! Your very inspiring !
I hate to say this but your expressions made me "Laugh" You are too funny! Way to Go! You worked hard for that! Great Job.... Have a great weekend!
Great photos Rhonda!
Too quick with the publish button. I've been meaning to ask you if and what kind of mat you use for the plyometrics. My workout area will be in our basement with concrete floors so I'm sure I'm going to need something. Thanks.
Girl, you are ripped! I couldn't get that high on a step ladder! Love, love, love the pics!
Wow!!! How on earth do you do that?
That is a seriously insane jump! And how many takes did it take to get those good photos?? :)
LOVE IT!! You're looking amazing.
Hey there, I just gave you a blog award simply because I think you and your blog are awesome. Come get it when you get a chance.:)
